Helmutchan missing

Hearts are broken in HaveFun as the guild renews its plea for missing prominent guildies with a third absentee.

Helmutchan joins the list as the search for officer TheDoomLord and leader Elmin continues. Despite attempts to bait the members back to the guild, ranging from statistical multiple hypothesis testing to improvements to the Wizard character model, all three guildies’ whereabouts remain unknown.

Guild officer Yidingbai says: “Helm was a regular at guildbosses, Vell, and sailies. In fact, he still is. OK, he’s been othergaming for a while, including with me sometimes, but I think it’s great that he chooses his own way to spend his time.”

Other HaveFun officers have similarly played down Helmutchan’s disappearance. “He’s been playing less lately, and we’ll miss Helm for sure, but he’s by no means missing. He still comes to guildbosses,” newly appointed officer Majmul elaborates. “Huh. Didn’t even notice he was missing,” TheDoomLord adds.

The missing guildies issue is becoming a grave matter for the guild as 100% of the reported missing guildies are also officers or above, causing concern over who the next officer will be who goes missing, according to a member who wished to be identified as ‘one who definitely knows about survivorship bias’.

“No-one’s missing,” Yidingbai insists. “Even Elmin logs in just to log out again. And even if they were to leave the game, that’s their prerogative. I misslord and misschan for sure, but they’re fine.”

“Yeah..! I’m not missing! Listen to Yid..!” Helmutchan agrees.
