- Grumpy Green provides written guides on all aspects of BDO. You can find guides on levelling, gearing, PVE, PVP, lifeskilling, sailing, and more.
- BDO Foundry is another website offering written guides across all aspects of BDO.
- BDO Codex is a multilingual, regularly updated database on quests and items in BDO. It also features some useful tools and calculators, for lifeskilling, for example.
- BDOLytics is a multilingual database of BDO items, quests, NPCs, recipes, and central market registrations. It is one of the most popular tools for lifeskillers and offers numerous lifeskilling calculators.
- Somethinglovely is a map of nodes and towns in-game. It is useful for finding information on gathering resources, horses, fish, and worker nodes.
- VeliaInn is a useful resource with numerous timers, calculators, and central market listings. You can use this tool to help with sniping Pearl Shop items.
- The knowledge database on Incendar is a useful collection of links to knowledge items on BDO Codex. It is arranged hierarchically the same as you see in the Knowledge (H) menu in-game.
- Chris Poli is a BDO YouTuber who posts up-to-date video guides on new and unreleased features. His videos are useful if you want to learn the latest features but don’t like reading patch notes. He also has an extensive back-catalogue of general guides that are still current.
- BDO Fashion hosts a user-submitted gallery of sceneries, costumes, and cosmetic items.
- The official website is the main place to go to learn about current events, event mechanics, and patch notes.
