Anyliss
Request to check that Kyraliss is online and present. Can be adapted to address any guildie. See also Bai for how the liss part works; see also So helm for another version of this term.
Anymob
Any monster. Refers to guild missions where the objective is to defeat any monster.
Ascii abuse
Using special characters, like newlines, accents, and zero-width characters for unintended purposes, such as redacting other people’s messages, clearing chat, creating a tall signboard, and making announcements appear in the middle of the screen.
Bai
Addresses Yidingbai using the last part of his family name. It can be adapted to address to any guildie.
It can be attached to the preceding word without a space and be used to modify it. This was popularised bywali (by Kawali) when coming up with nicknames for Probot – such as susbot and pervbot.
Bai’ll
Yidingbai will.
“I” and any contraction involving “I” can be replaced with “Bai”. Examples include “that’s what bai think” and “bai’ven’t done that before”.
Bean skip
Skipping Hwanghae black shrine party boss Uturi’s bean phase.
This is achieved by just DPSing the boss until he goes into debuff.
Bedstrat
Spawning a bed on top of the player at their residence to push them through the floor.
When done at Velia, the player can clip through the ground and reach a plane of water below, known as “downstairs”.

Best wishes with your fishing.
Blitzmerker
Hwanghae black shrine party boss blitz participant.
Blue circle
Any item in the game with a blue circle of any description as the item’s icon. Commonly used to refer to Vell loot bundles and Cron Stones: “gl with blue circle“.
This term is often adapted to “green circle” and “red circle” to refer to other items.
Co*k
Cooking.
Commonly used to refer to guild missions in which the objective is to obtain Witch’s Delicacies through cooking at the player’s residence: “rulu1 xl co*k finished“.
Co*k block
To prevent someone from starting a guild mission because there’s another one on that channel.
Mostly used when a guild mission is blocked by a cooking one, but it can be any.
Codeine
Coding.
This term was popularised by Yidingbai while discussing developing computer programs with Helmutchan.
Complainstrat
Manipulating RNG by complaining about poor RNG.
This term was introduced by TheDoomLord and observed on multiple occasions by multiple guildies with a 100% success rate *adjusts tinfoil*. See also “ragequit-return”.
Correct use of RNG
Sarcastic phrase indicating that an unintended rare event occurred when a different one was desired.
Cosplay
Using a transformation scroll.
DDoS
Lag, desync, disconnection, or game crash.
Democracy%
Quick vote. The word can be replaced for any other process to be done quickly, such as parkour%, lifeskill%, and gyfin%. The percent sign shows it’s a speedrun.
Demotebai
Saying that Yidingbai should be demoted. Can be adapted to anyone, see Bai.
Used when someone does something successful or disappointing, like enhancing gear or forgetting to restock the heads in the guild manor.
DesPRIate
How to remember the order of Slumbering Origin enhancement levels.
The order is: DesPRIate, DIstorted, TRIlent, WaIVing, ObViterating.
Downstairs
Underground, in any sense.
Commonly used to refer to the lower levels of Gyfin Rhasia Temple and Sycraia Underwater Ruins – “gyfin downstairs” and “sycraia downstairs“, respectively. Also refers to anywhere below the ground that the player is intended to use.
DrinkAloneTogether
Guildies drinking at respective homes at the same time.
Popularised by Kawali, Majmul, and TheDoomLord, who declare #drinkAloneTogether at guildbosses to avoid a sober Khan.
Can be adapted to refer to other activities to be done alone together, such as #grindAloneTogether.
Duo “crocs”
Duo grinding freshwater crocodiles at Lake Kaia.
Introduced by Yidingbai who used the bedstrat to sail downstairs to get his carrack to Lake Kaia before learning that freshwater crocodiles don’t die to cannons and that carracks take quite a lot of damage from repeated Catfishman attacks.
“Duo” crocs
Duo grinding saltwater crocodiles with one carrack.
Introduced by Yidingbai who thought it would be funny to see if he got credit for the kill if he just shot them with a matchlock. He did.
Elmutiny
Usurping Elmin, leader of HaveFun, as guild leader. See also VoteWali.
Yidingbai eventually became guild leader, not through Elmutiny but by establishing GoodLuck.
Evergreen
Getting your boat stuck.
Came into use after the IRL.exe obstruction of the Suez Canal in 2021.
Fake platoon
Tricking guildies by typing a platoon advert rather than clicking the announce button. Also called an “unclickable platoon”. There is usually also a real platoon in the party finder.
*fear*
Expressing fear. Can be adapted to express other emotions such as *joy*.
Popularised by Yidingbai.
Feeesh
Fish. Any number of letter ‘e’s can be used (well except for just one).
Popularised by Yidingbai, who uses fish costumes to swim after Khan and while auto-fishing.

Finish.

Fifty. Also fishteen, which means fifteen.

Greta noises
Impact on the environment.
Can be either “angry greta noises” when it’s a negative impact or “happy greta noises” when it’s a positive one.
Half-shot
Hwanghae black shrine party boss Jigwi’s attack where he duplicates himself in a line and wipes half the arena with a fire attack.
Useful for shotcalling because saying all that is too slow.

Atoraxxion party mode participant.
Hekaru yeah
Heck yeah.
Also “what the hekaru” and “what the hakoven island”. Also “hexaru yeah” when someone enhances something to HEX.

Boosting or leeching experience. Can be adapted depending on who is doing the boosting. For example, baiabuse means leeching experience from Yidingbai.

Hug
To occupy to be occupied with something. Also refers to embracing.
Can be used with places “hug sycraia”, items “hug forest fury”, silver “hug 5 bil“, or in generality “*hugs*”.
Jesushorse
Any horse that can stand or walk on water.
Originally referred to TheDoomLord’s valiant steed waiting for him on the water’s surface at Velia after sailies. It was introduced before dream horsies. It now also refers to any Mythical Diné. Introduced by Yidingbai and Kyraliss.
Jumpscare
Offer a guild contract renewal.
Introduced because guild contracts just unexpectedly appear on the screen when offered regardless of what the guildie is doing.
Khannon
Monsterbane Cannon.
Popularised by AndiGhandi.
Khanterclockwise
Crystal killing role at Khan, rotating counter-clockwise around Oquilla’s Eye. Introduced by Yidingbai.
Last hit it
Achieve the killing blow on an enemy.
Usually applied to Khan: “last hit itlord”. Can also be used to talk about the last occurrence leading to an outcome, such as succeeding in enhancement one tap before full pity stacks.

Loss-loss-win
Red Battlefield.
Refers to the PvP game mode Red Battlefield by its daily quest requiring five seals, which can be obtained through any combination of one win (five seals) or three losses (two seals each). Loss-loss-win refers to the most inefficient way to achieve five seals. Introduced by Yidingbai.
M*th
Alchemy.
Commonly refers to the guild mission where the objective is to obtain Mysterious Catalysts by alchemy at the player’s residence. Introduced by TheDoomLord.
Monday part 6
Saturday. The part number can be substituted for any other number and refers to the numbered day of the week modulo seven.
Introduced by Yidingbai and TheDoomLord, a bigger part number indicates a higher degree of tedium felt by the user right now. “Monday part 0” and “Monday part 7” both refer to Sunday, but the latter implies a greater level of disdain.
Morning
General greeting used at any time of day. Can be combined with another word used as an adverbial: “morningback“; to address one or more guildies: “morninglord“; or to introduce an action being done immediately: “morningdrops“.
Introduced by Helmutchan due to the greeting time co-occurring with opening the game and therefore the spiritual start – or morning – of the gaming day.
Mutiny
Theft in any sense. Can be used as a verb: “mutinying rulu2 x5“; “feel free to mutiny“.

New day new scam
Refers to the expectation of poor RNG by default. See also complainstrat.
Can be adapted to different amounts of time – “new week new scam” and “new year new scam“.
Can also be adapted to refer a regular observation of yet another predictable unfavourable outcome, such as “new patch new bugs“.

A take on “damned if you do, damned if you don’t”. When you’re put in an impossible situation where no solution is ideal.

Experimenting with items or techniques in-game.
Can be adapted to talk about other things that can be executed such as IRL.exe and othergaming.exe.

Spawning in mid-air and falling to your death. This can happen when mapping, teleporting, or entering the Guild Manor while onboard your ship, especially in rough seas.

Confrontationally asks whether Helmutchan is online and paying attention. Often followed by a dangerous or benign question. The “helm” can be adapted to address any guildie. See also Any.

Tax evasion
Techniques used to reduce the amount of tax paid in game.
Includes using items such as a Value Pack, a Shimmering Piece of the Old Moon, and a Rich Merchant’s Ring. Also refers to using guild funds and guild bonuses with strategic timing to reduce the amount of tax paid on it. Popularised by Kawali.
Tinfoil
A conspiracy theory. Saying something knowingly illogical can be followed by *adjusts tinfoil*.
Touch sack
Grinding. For example, grinding at Olun is called “touching olun sack“.
Can be adapted to mean an interaction with anything else, for example “touch bed sack” means going to bed.

Two percent
The 2% item drop rate guild buff.
Unhungry
Defeating monsters.
Originally referred to defeating hungry hekarus and ocean stalkers due to this action rendering them no longer hungry permanently. Can be applied to any monster. Can also be applied to players. Also refers to eating. Popularised by TheDoomLord.
University of Vell, Department of Cheese Strats
Saying that Prof TheDoomLord, PhD is an honorary professor at the University of Vell, Department of Cheese Strats means that he had a big brain idea to scam the game.
Honorary professorships of this kind are arbitrarily given out without regard when someone finds a way to do something silly. For example, TheDoomLord got his when he found that just standing behind the captain on a carrack causes you not to die to Vell’s big attack when the carrack is parked at certain angles and distances. Yidingbai got his for discovering the bedstrat and unlocking duo “crocs”.
